Customer promises to pay Grain Craft for all purchases in accordance with terms of sale stated on invoices and sales contracts. Payments will be considered late if not received by Grain Craft on or before the payment due date. Any overdue balance shall be subject to a service charge equal to the maximum permitted by State Law.

If any portion of the account is referred to an attorney for collection, the applicant will pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs and if suit or action is filed, such attorney’s fees and costs as shall be fixed by the trial court, as well as on appeal, if any.
