Grain Craft recently partnered with Kansas State University’s Grain Science & Industry Department to provide a paved walkway for the students. This walkway connects the students to the Hal Ross Flour Mill. Previously the path was a dirt trail that the students traveled daily. This new paved path will offer a clean, revitalized way to travel from building to building. The project was completed this month.
Grain Craft is a long-time supporter of KSU athletics, KSU Milling Science and the Grain Science program overall. The company works closely with the university through internship opportunities, research projects and continuing education.
“We cannot stress enough the importance of supporting our industry’s future leaders. Grain Craft is honored to provide this upgraded path, which we hope will make the students’ time on campus and changing of classes even more enjoyable,” said Jeff Zierenberg, VP of Human Resources at Grain Craft.
