CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – April 15, 2025 – Grain Craft, the largest independent flour miller in the nation, announced today they have signed an agreement to acquire the North American dry corn milling assets from global agribusiness and ingredients company, Bunge.
The acquisition includes the addition of approximately 600 team members and six milling facilities. This includes three dry corn milling facilities in Crete, NE; Atchison, KS; and Danville, IL. It also includes three dry masa facilities in Muleshoe, TX; Red Oak, IA; and Worthington, IN; along with a transload and packaging facility in Querétaro, Mexico. The dry corn milling division will continue to be headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.

A closing date on the acquisition has not yet been established. The completion of the sale is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions.
