2025 RA Program
Grain Craft’s Regenerative Agriculture (RA) program is an ongoing initiative to learn from our grower partners through hands on interactions in the fields, soil testing, annual surveys and continuous collaboration. Please read below for details and requirements for the 2025 RA Program.
To enroll in the program, producers must fill out the Grain Craft RA Program Agreement and Planting Survey by November 1, 2024. Click “Enroll in the 2025 RA Program” to get started. We are now accepting submissions for our 2025 Regenerative Ag Program, which is valid for the fall 2024 planting season.
2025 RA Program Requirements
1. Wheat Requirements
All varieties used for RA Program must be on the Grain Craft Preferred Variety List. Wheat must meet FGIS Grade #2 or better for HRW. Certified seed certificates must be provided and be representative of total acres planted.
If using Second Generation Seed, producer must provide the original seed certificate and submit the Grain Craft Second Gen Seed Form.
2. Soil Testing and RA Farming Practice Requirements
- Producer must submit Grid Soil Sampling of enrolled acres a minimum of once every four years (Recent grid results can be used if completed within the past four years.) Comprehensive Grid Sample results should be provided and include soil pH, SOM, CEC, N, P, K, S.
- The most recent Grid Soil Sampling should be submitted as part of the initial enrollment in the Grain Craft RA Program.
- Producer must incorporate a minimum of four regenerative agriculture practices from the list below:
- Tillage practice of either no till or minimum till
- Crop rotation
- Cover crops
- Managed Grazing
- Manure or alternative fertilizer usage
- Use of nitrogen stabilizer
- Use of biological supplement
- Variable rate seeding
- Variable rate fertilizer application
- Irrigation technology and efficiencies
3. Post-Harvest Requirements
Producer agrees to complete and return the Grain Craft Harvest and Regenerative Ag Survey for contracted acres by October 1, 2025. Link will be sent to producers via email in mid-July 2025.
At harvest, producer will collect and send a 6 lb. sample of each contracted preferred variety to:
